Adele Bruggeman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management, social enterprise, and sports development. Currently serving as the Innovation and Development Manager at ±ô´Ç±¹±ð.´Úú³Ù²ú´Ç±ô, Adele focuses on expanding revenue streams and leading philanthropic ventures to enhance community impact. As the Founder and Chief Purpose Officer of Adele's Active, a social enterprise promoting ethical activewear, and as a Founding Director of ActivateHer, a sports initiative empowering girls in South Africa, Adele demonstrates a commitment to social change through sports. Previous roles include Project and Development Manager at CHOSA, where Adele drove fundraising strategies, as well as various internships in organizations dedicated to youth development and social issues. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, a Master of Social Science in Social Policy and Management from the University of Cape Town, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame.
