Joseph Holland is an experienced IT professional currently serving as IT Statewide Engineer 1 and Support Specialist at the Louisiana Office of Technology Services since July 2021. Joseph also works as a Field Service Engineer for SMARTECH & Associates, LP, specializing in the field repair of Dell systems. Previously, Joseph held the position of CEO-President at Rocket Broadband Networks, Inc., where management included services such as VoIP and broadband internet. Joseph was the Owner and Chief RF Engineer at NELA Broadcast Consultants, providing engineering services for digital television stations, and served as Director of Engineering and Operations at KTVE/KARD Nexstar Broadcasting, overseeing technical operations for broadcasting facilities. Educationally, Joseph has pursued studies at Louisiana Delta Community College-Monroe Campus, Bossier Parish Community College, and Huntington High School.
