Joe Johnson is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems. Currently serving as an Independent Contractor - Senior EW System Engineer at SMART Engineering Consultants, Joe has previously held key positions as Senior C4ISR Systems Engineer at Defense Acquisition Support Services LLC, Advance Concepts Engineering, and Sabre Systems Inc., focusing on advanced electronic and system engineering support. Notable contributions include leading projects related to RF Interference Mitigation devices and managing significant engineering teams throughout various roles at the US Army PEO-C3T. Joe is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Systems Engineering and has achieved multiple degrees, including a Master's in Management of Technology and a Master's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
