Dominic Rutan is an experienced soccer coach and educator with a comprehensive background in both school and club environments. Currently serving as an Assistant Coach at George Mason University and as U13-U15 Age Group Director and Girls Academy Staff Coach at The St. James, Dominic has effectively contributed to various teams and organizations since 2022. As a Coach Developer with United Soccer Coaches and a Brand Ambassador for Duktig Brand, Dominic showcases a commitment to professional development and brand representation. In addition to coaching roles, Dominic has been a Social Science & Global Studies Teacher with Loudoun County Public Schools since 2016, demonstrating a strong ability to balance educational and athletic responsibilities. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Teaching from James Madison University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the same institution.
