Yasmina El Zein is an accomplished multimedia journalism professional currently serving as an Editorial Assistant at SMEX and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Lebanese American University. Yasmina has extensive freelance experience as a journalist for L'Orient-Le Jour, focusing on stories from university campuses in Lebanon. In addition, Yasmina holds leadership roles within the LAU Model European Union as Under-Secretary-General and has contributed to training initiatives as a Trainer in the Training and Educational Development Team. Yasmina's background includes editorial internships at L'Orient Today and involvement in the GC LAU Model United Nations. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Journalism from Lebanese American University and a French Baccalaureate from College des Peres Antonins.
