Prior to this role, Seth held positions at iCIMS, Maidenform, NRG Energy, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, Colgate Palmolive, and Towers Perrin. With a background in finance from Penn State University, Seth has extensive experience in managing compensation, benefits, and HRIS programs within large enterprises.
