Jingwei Zhang is a highly experienced data scientist with a strong background in artificial intelligence and analytics across various sectors. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist and previously as Senior Data Scientist at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since February 2021, Jingwei has also co-founded and serves on the Executive Committee of the China-Britain Artificial Intelligence Association. Prior roles include Data Scientist positions at Refinitiv and dunnhumby, where Jingwei focused on product attribute extraction and causal impact evaluation systems for marketing campaigns. As a freelancer at Testbay Education, Jingwei developed personalized learning algorithms and diagnostic systems. Earlier experience includes co-founding Cooltest, managing product development, and working as a Project Manager at Onebest Education. Jingwei holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from UCL and a Master of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience with a specialization in Language Development, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics.
