Arend Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer learning, product management, and project leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Customer & Solutions Learning at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) since June 2022, Arend focuses on platform and technology initiatives. Prior to this role, Arend founded Tilly & Jasper, an award-winning e-commerce company, and served as an independent consultant, contributing expertise to strategic planning and software solution implementation. Arend's previous positions at The Access Group included Platform Solutions Director and Executive Director of Projects, where significant contributions to product development and team management were made. Arend holds a BA in History and Politics from Durham University, complemented by various educational experiences.
