Valerie Mantz has a robust background in hospitality and customer experience management. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at Qgiv since March 2022, Valerie previously held the position of Customer Experience Specialist within the same company. Valerie's earlier experience includes roles as General Manager at Red Door Lakeland from August 2018 to January 2021 and as Assistant Manager & Office Administrator at Nineteen61, a fine dining restaurant renowned for its modern Spanish and Latin American cuisine. Additionally, Valerie worked as a Fine Dining Server at Talk of the Town Restaurant Group, specifically at Charley’s Steak House, known for its high-quality meats and seafood. Valerie's career also featured a position as Assistant General Manager & Lead Bartender at The Terrace Hotel in Lakeland, an upscale dining venue. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management, earned between 2016 and 2019.
