Gavin Thomas GIFireE has extensive experience in fire and rescue services, currently serving as the RFFS Watch Manager at London Oxford Airport since 2016, after progressing through various roles including Deputy Watch Manager and Crew Manager. Additionally, Gavin holds an Associate Tutor position at The Fire Service College since June 2022, specializing in aviation instruction and assessment. Gavin began their career with Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service in 2004, later transferring to Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service in 2007, where an ongoing role as an on-call Firefighter is maintained.
