Chinara Agayeva has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chinara started their career in 2005 as a Senior Scientific Researcher at the Azerbaijan Research Institute of Scientific and Technical Information. In 2008, they joined Access Bank as a Specialist of the Customer Service Department and worked there until 2011. Chinara then transitioned to the legal field, serving as a Legal Assistant at "Altay Legal Protection" LTD from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, Chinara joined Azerbaijan Airlines and held multiple roles, including Librarian, Warranty Engineer, Deputy Chief of Engineering Section, and currently serves as the Chief of Engineering Section. Chinara also worked as an Airworthiness Inspector at the State Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan from 2021 to 2022. Recently, in 2022, they joined ASG Business Aviation as a Risk Assessment Specialist.

Chinara Agayeva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Aviation Academy from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned another Bachelor's degree in Law from The Academy of Public Administration under the President of Azerbaijan Republic from 2001 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Chinara Agayeva has obtained several certifications. These include the "787-8/9/10 General Familiarization Course" from Boeing in April 2022, the "Methods of Threat and Risk Assessment in Civil Aviation" from the International Civil Aviation Organization in November 2021, and the "Safety Management Systems" certification from the International Civil Aviation Organization in October 2021.

Other certifications include the "Seminar 'Airbus Technical & Flight Ops Documentation' and Workshop 'Airbus MMEL/MEL'" from the International Civil Aviation Organization in October 2018, the "737-7/8/9 General Familiarization Course" from Boeing in September 2018, and the "Airbus Warranty & Supplier Support Management Training" from Airbus in May 2017.

Chinara Agayeva has also obtained certifications related to aircraft maintenance and engineering, such as the "Aircraft Reliability Training," "Engineering and Planning Training," and "Material Management and Logistics" from FL Technics Training in May 2017.

Furthermore, they have certifications in aircraft documentation and administration, including the "Airbus Aircraft e-DOC Administration for Flight Ops Engineers (with FODM)" from Airbus in January 2015 and the "Boeing 787 Toolbox End User training" from Boeing in January 2015.

Additional certifications include the "Maintenance Reliability and Cost Analysis Seminar" from Boeing in March 2014, the "EASA Part M Requirements including EASA Part145/Part 66 Requirements" from Linetech in October 2013, the "FlySmart with Airbus for iPAD Administrator course Performance administration" from Airbus in October 2013, and the "FlySmart with Airbus for iPad Administrator course Gateway administration" from Airbus in October 2013.
