Kamrul Hussain is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in application support, particularly in the foreign exchange (FX) domain. Currently serving as an Application Support Specialist at the London Metal Exchange since October 2023, Kamrul previously held the position of AVP FX Application Support/Incident Management at Credit Suisse from September 2022 to October 2023. Kamrul's experience also includes roles as an FX Lead Consultant at HCL Technologies, providing 2nd line support to FX trading desks, and as a Senior FX IT Support Analyst at Credit Suisse, delivering Level 2 support for FX applications. Previous positions involved 1st line support for FX risk applications and a variety of IT support functions across multiple global locations. Kamrul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from City, University of London, and has additional training from FDM Group Academy.
