Andrew Walker has been in the customer service industry since 2014, when they began working at Conduent as a Customer Care Agent. Andrew was promoted to Customer Care Supervisor and then Learning and Development Associate before leaving the company in 2019. Andrew then joined Lolli as a Customer Care Manager and was later promoted to Customer Care.
