Dave van Geest started their work experience as an IT specialist at MEE Facet in January 2000. Dave worked there until March 2005. Following that, they joined Login Consultants in April 2005 as a Business Development Manager and Project Manager.

Dave van Geest earned their Master of Business Administration - MBA, with a focus on Executive MBA (Part-time), from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Dave attended this program from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies from 1996 to 2000 at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained their Ing/Bsc degree in Technical IT & Business IT.
