Hendrik Rahms has a diverse work experience in various roles within the engineering field. Hendrik began their career at atea Environmental Technology Ltd. in Singapore as a student engineer in 2004. From there, they joined the Gas- und Wärme-Institut Essen e.V. as a project leader and test engineer from 2005 to 2009. Rahms then moved on to Clyde Bergemann Brinkmann GmbH, where they worked as a project leader and process engineer from 2010 to 2012. Hendrik then joined Brinkmann industrielle Feuerungssysteme GmbH as a project manager and process engineer from 2012 to 2014. Rahms later took on the role of Technical Sales Representative and Project Manager at Loesche ThermoProzess GmbH from 2014 to 2017, before transitioning to their current role as a Process Engineer and Product Manager in Process Technology at Loesche GmbH in 2017.

Hendrik Rahms obtained their Dipl.-Ing. (FH) degree in Ver- und Entsorgungstechnik - TGA from FH Münster in the years 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Technisches Management - Energietechnik from the University of Applied Sciences Münster in the years 2005 to 2007.
