Lisi Hahnenberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and client services sectors. Currently serving as VP- Director of Client Services for People Solutions at Lockton since July 2024, Lisi previously held significant roles at USI Insurance Services, including AVP, Team Lead and Senior Account Executive. A background in account management is further established through earlier positions at Wells Fargo Insurance Services, Ballard Benefit Works, National City Insurance Group, and MetLife. Lisi's educational credentials include a Master's in Public Management and Planning as well as a Bachelor's in English, both from Grand Valley State University, complemented by studies at Michigan State University.
