Eileen Kuo currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Tax Insurance at Lockton, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Eileen Kuo was a Tax Associate at Milbank LLP from October 2018 to October 2023 and at Paul Hastings from September 2015 to September 2018. Eileen Kuo also contributed to the Youth INC NYC as a Young Professionals Board Member from January 2018 to December 2020, and served as Scholarship Chair for the USC Alumni Association from June 2017 to June 2018. Earlier experience includes a Law Clerk role at Paul Hastings and an internship with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Eileen Kuo's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, a Master of Business Taxation from USC Marshall School of Business, and a Certificate in Global Business Law and Governance from Sciences Po, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California. Eileen Kuo also enhanced business acumen through an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School in 2019.
