Erica Crump has extensive experience in customer service and pharmacy coordination, currently serving as a Pharmacy Coordinator at Medica since July 2022. Prior to this role, Erica worked as a Customer Care Specialist at Dean Health Plan, Inc. since January 2013, where responsibilities included addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and reviewing claims for accuracy. Previous positions include Customer Service Representative at Humana from April 2008 to January 2013 and at WPS Health Insurance from October 2007 to April 2008, where exceptional customer service and knowledge of benefits were essential. Erica began in customer service as a Technician at Hallmark Services Corporation from August 2004 to September 2007. Erica holds an Associate's degree in Applied Science from Waubonsee Community College and a high school diploma from Aurora Central Catholic High School.
