Robert Lasater has a solid background in software engineering, with experience in various companies and roles. Robert recently worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Locix, where they introduced a facility for configuring access to the backhaul network over Wi-Fi for corporate equipment. Robert also fixed numerous defects and addressed an intermittent failure issue.

Prior to that, Robert worked as a Software Development Consultant at Lynx Software Technologies, where they followed safety-critical software certification standards and wrote conforming requirements for selected APIs in a custom RTOS. Robert also prepared tables to test APIs and completed test harnesses for each assigned API.

Before that, Robert served as an Independent Software Consultant, where they researched, designed, and coded demonstration Android apps based on the MQTT protocol. Robert also designed and developed an Android mobile application for uploading user audio to a designated Google Cloud Storage bucket.

In their earlier career, Robert was a Research Software Engineer at Futurewei Technologies, Inc., where they contributed to multiple projects, including large-scale cluster monitoring. Robert designed and coded a performance monitoring agent and reverse engineered a service discovery system.

Prior to that, Robert worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Quantenna Communications, where they contributed to programming an 802.11 (WiFi) SOC and led the development of APIs.

Robert Lasater has a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Chemistry from Rice University. Robert also has a Master's degree in Chemistry with an emphasis on Computer Science from the University of California, Santa Cruz. The specific duration of their education at each institution is not provided.
