Allison Morris Mannion, PE, is a Civil Engineer at Lochmueller Group with a professional background in various water projects, including sewer design, Inflow and Infiltration removal, filter evaluations, and pump stations. Prior experience includes a role as a Civil Engineer at Burns & McDonnell, where project management experience was gained, and internships in both environmental and water groups.
