Scott Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and sales within the building products industry. Currently serving as a Capital Projects and Plant Process Engineer at Westlake Royal Building Products since August 2008, Scott has also held roles in new product development and research and development engineering. Prior experience includes positions as a Tool and Die Maker Lead at General Engineering, where Scott worked with CNC lathes, and as a Sales Representative for Berry Home Centers, Inc., where sales were directed towards contractors and homeowners. Previous roles also include Millwork Specialist at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and Outside Sales Manager at 84 Lumber, where supervisory responsibilities were held. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Alabama, a Six Sigma Green Belt certificate from The University of Michigan, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences with a specialization in Engineering from Virginia Highlands Community College.
