Snigdha Bircher is a seasoned professional in product management and data governance, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager and Chief Product Owner at Lloyds Banking Group since October 2023. Previously, Snigdha held multiple senior roles at Nationwide Building Society from November 2015 to October 2023, including Senior Product Owner of Data Integrity, where responsibilities included leading the development of strategic products to enhance data controls and compliance, and Senior Manager of Data Standards, focusing on establishing robust data governance for Nationwide's 18 million customers. Snigdha's experience also encompasses risk management and project management, evidenced by overseeing a multi-million-pound programme for customer migration. Prior to Nationwide, Snigdha worked at IBM from July 2010 to November 2015, where roles included Test Manager and Test Lead, providing test management and leadership for product development initiatives. Snigdha holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from MITS, India.
