Matt Hyde OBE is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales since September 2024, Hyde leads one of the largest corporate foundations in the UK, collaborating with local charities and communities. Previously, as Chief Executive of The Scout Association from April 2013 to September 2024, Hyde oversaw strategy and staff management, enhancing the lives of over 463,000 young people through the efforts of 163,000 volunteers. Hyde also held positions as Group Chief Executive at the National Union of Students (UK), General Manager at Goldsmiths Students' Union, Deputy General Manager at KCLSU, and President at both the University of London Union and Queen Mary and Westfield Students' Union. Hyde holds an MBA from the University of Westminster and a BA with honors in English from Queen Mary University of London.
