F. Daniel Siciliano serves as Chairman of the Board and Independent Member of the Board of Directors at the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, a key institution linking member financial organizations to global capital markets. Additionally, Siciliano is Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board at Nikkl, Inc. and Co-Founder & CEO of the same company since September 2021. At Stanford Law School, Siciliano holds various positions including Fellow at CodeX and Co-Founder & Fellow of the Rock Center for Corporate Governance, alongside serving as Professor for the Practice of Law and Faculty Director at the Arthur & Toni Rembe Rock Center for Corporate Governance. As a Visiting Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Siciliano teaches intensive courses in law related to finance and corporate governance. Previously, Siciliano was Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of LawLogix Group, Inc. and holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Stanford Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Arizona.
