Monika Valcanover serves as the Head of Legal, Data Protection and Information Security at LIWEST since April 2014, where responsibilities include contract negotiation and creation across all company sectors, legal support for new product development, and training on legal matters. Additionally, Monika Valcanover acts as Vorständin for ISPA Internet Service Providers Austria and Datenschutzbeauftragte for ASAK Kabelmedien GmbH. Previous roles include experience at the Oberlandesgericht Linz and HASLINGER / NAGELE & PARTNER RECHTSANWÄLTE GMBH. Monika Valcanover holds an International Master of Business Administration (MBA) from LIMAK Austrian Business School, a Mag. jur in Law from Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, and a diploma in Digital Communication and Multimedia Design.
