Thomas Dimitriadis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Thomas began their career as a Mobile Sales Associate at Best Buy in 2010, where they provided customer service and assisted in setting up and explaining phone features. From there, they transitioned to become a Senior HVAC Technician at Tom's Appliance Heating and Air, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment. Thomas also trained and coached other technicians during their time there.

In 2017, Thomas joined Apple as an AppleCare Advisor, resolving customer issues and creating content to enhance team productivity. Thomas later took on the role of Social Response Advisor.

Thomas then moved on to work at CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions, starting as a Technical Specialist where they developed a Siri Shortcut and created a manual for the tax preparation web app. Thomas later became a Software Engineer, contributing to new feature additions and implementing a remote e-signature feature.

Currently, Thomas is a Software Engineer III at Lively, Inc. starting from 2021.

Thomas Dimitriadis attended San Joaquin Delta College from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2011, they also obtained certification as EPA Certified. From 2015 to 2019, Thomas then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering at Arizona State University.
