Krzysztof Nowicki has been working in the business and marketing industry since 2009. In 2009, they were a Promotion and Advertising Coordinator for Radio Kampus. From 2010 to 2011, they were an Email Marketing Specialist for ACR S.A. and then an acting Head of Business Development and New Business Manager for SARE. In 2013, they became a Digital Strategy and Growth Consultant for Oleado and in 2014 a Sales Manager Poland for IgnitionOne. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Lecturer at AGH University of Science and Technology and a Country Manager Poland for Bloomreach. In 2017, they became a Marketing Director and Head of Omnichannel for Synerise and in 2019 a Partner/International Expansion and Interim Chief Growth Officer for TakeTask. Currently, they are the CEO and Founder of LiveMarket.

Krzysztof Nowicki attended Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. From 2009 to 2011, they attended the same school and obtained a Master's Degree in Sociology : Communication & Consultancy. In 2009, they also attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they completed a postgraduate degree in Internet Marketing.
