Rishit Sinha is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in frontend development and user experience design. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Grit Financial Inc. since November 2021, Rishit has also been a Frontend Web Developer at LivDemy since March 2018, where contributions include architecting an online live music teaching platform using React JS and WebRTC. Previously, Rishit worked at Anansi Skills as a Frontend Developer and User Experience Designer, creating a Progressive Web App and designing UX based on user feedback. Rishit's early experiences include leadership roles at Spring Fest, developing websites that catered to thousands of participants, and participation in the Kharagpur Robo-Soccer Students Group, achieving significant recognition in international robotics competitions. Rishit holds a dual Bachelor's and Master's degree in Ocean Engineering and Naval Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
