Jason Thigpen is an experienced Engineering Manager with a robust background in technical design, delivery, and support across various industries. Currently serving at UnitedMasters, Jason has been instrumental in launching key initiatives, including a new iOS client. Prior to this role, Jason held positions at Monster as Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, and Principal Engineer, focusing on platform engineering for mobile applications. Additional experience includes contributions at NGINX, Inc. and as Head of Infrastructure at Heremeow, where Jason oversaw augmented reality social media platform development. Other notable roles were held at PerformanceCI as Co-Founder and Platform Engineer, and at Apple as Lead Tools Developer. Jason also served at Taos in several capacities, including Practice Leader on a significant aerospace project. With a strong foundation in software development and infrastructure, Jason emphasizes innovation and support in engineering practices. Jason is an alumnus of Florida State University.
