Elliot Kimberley is an experienced Service Desk Engineer currently employed at Littlefish (UK) Ltd since October 2021, having previously held similar positions at RoundWorks IT and Pomeroy. At RoundWorks IT, responsibilities included acting as the first point of contact for customers and managing faults efficiently, while at Pomeroy, Elliot provided priority ticket services and assisted other operations teams. Prior experiences also include serving as an IT Technician at L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, offering comprehensive support for over 100 schools.
