Tony Zhao is a seasoned technical software manager currently with BlueCat since May 2020, following a role as senior software engineer in data infrastructure at Ethoca from August 2017 to April 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a senior software engineer focused on full-stack development at Thinktum from January 2014 to July 2017. Early in their career, Tony Zhao held positions as a research intern at Sun Microsystems in 2007 and as a software developer intern at Sybase from 2006 to 2007, where involvement included work in J2EE full-stack development. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo, complemented by training from fast.ai.
