Jane Powner MBA Assoc CIPD has extensive experience in human resources and operational management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Human Resources Team Lead at Little Sisters of the Poor since February 2022, Jane previously held significant roles such as Deputy Directorate Manager for Trauma and Orthopaedics at both Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. Jane's notable achievements include sustaining A&E performance in Greater Manchester and managing substantial budgets within the Medicine Directorate. Jane has also worked in various managerial roles across different organizations, including complex care commissioning and talent management consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration from The Open University and ongoing doctoral studies in Health and Social Care at The University of Salford.
