Liza Pinching FCIPD currently serves as the Director of People and Services at Dorothy House Hospice Care since August 2021. Prior to this role, Liza held several significant positions within the Civil Service, including Head of HR Operations and Business Partnering. From April 2020 to August 2021, Liza operated as the Deputy Director of HR Strategy and Operations at the UK Ministry of Defence. Liza previously worked at the Ministry of Defence from May 2017 to April 2020, where Liza was the Head of HR Business Partnering.
