Velencia Reddington has a strong background in retail management, starting at Walmart in 2011 as an Assistant Manager and progressing to the roles of Co Manager and ultimately Store Manager. Velencia worked at Walmart until 2023 when they joined Little Giant Farmer's Market as a Store Manager, subsequently taking on the position of Director of Operations.

Velencia Reddington obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Andrew College, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing at Clark Atlanta University, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011.
