Charlotte Ridley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand management and corporate culture development. Currently serving as the Global Head of Culture Development at Lipton Teas and Infusions, Charlotte focuses on leadership, wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as employee engagement and employer branding.
