Ajit Bhaskar is currently a Senior Manager of Process Development at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Ajit was the Lead Process Manager at ekaterra from July 2021 to June 2023 and served in a similar role at Unilever from January 2014 to March 2022, where responsibilities included scaling up proprietary processing technology, product development, and exploring the science behind tea actives delivery. Ajit has also contributed as a Research Scientist at SABIC and General Electric, focusing on enhancing tea active delivery and developing instant tea formulations. Academic credentials include a PhD from the University of Michigan, an M.S. from the University of Florida, and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
