Emma Bailey is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as a Category Manager at KP Snacks since July 2023. Prior to this role, Emma held various positions at Nestlé from April 2021 to July 2023, including eCommerce Category Manager and eCommerce Shopper Marketing Manager in the confectionery sector. Emma also worked at The Mars Agency as Manager of Client Leadership and spent nearly four years at A G Barr plc, progressing from Assistant Brand Manager for Rockstar Energy Drink to Shopper Marketing Manager. Earlier roles include Marketing Manager at Vodafone Global Enterprise and participation in the Work Inspiration Programme at Boots UK. Emma holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham and completed A Levels in Psychology, Biology, and History at Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College.
