Jenn Verma, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEC, GBA, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Lionsgate, where responsibilities include overseeing company culture and employee benefits strategies. With a background in benefits management, Verma has held various roles at Lionsgate, including Vice President of Lionsgate Life and Executive Director of Benefits, leading initiatives such as ACA compliance for corporate and production employees. In addition to roles in the entertainment sector, Verma has experience as an HR Analyst at Towers Watson and as a Unit Production Manager at Nightfall Pictures. Verma is also involved with the Advisory Council for Chico Engineering Leadership and co-founded the Creatives On Release Foundation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Joint Mathematics/Economics and Psychology from UC San Diego.
