Heidi-Jennifer Hornasek is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Regional Operations Partner for Europe & LATAM at Entain, previous positions include Sr. Regional Operations Partner for Austria & Bulgaria, as well as Int. Sr. HR Business Partner / HR Lead for Austria. Prior roles have included Functional & Site HR Business Partner at Bombardier Transportation, Head of Human Resources & HR Business Partner at Huawei Technologies, and Manager of Human Resources at Borealis, along with experience as a Junior HR Manager at OMV. Heidi-Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in International Business & Economics from the University of Vienna and has further education from Danubius University from 2018 to 2020.
