Josh Goff has a solid work experience timeline that spans several years across various companies. Josh began their career at Wincanton, where they worked as a Warehouse Manager and later as a Process Manager as part of the graduate scheme. Josh then moved on to Recall as an Operations Manager before joining Bidvest Logistics as a Warehouse Manager. During their time at Bidvest Logistics, they implemented various strategies to improve operational efficiency and accountability, including a maintenance program that resulted in a reduction in MHE spend. Josh then transitioned to Bidfood UK, where they held the role of Warehouse Operations Manager before becoming the Transportation Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for resource planning, managing a fleet of vehicles, handling driver compliance, and overseeing deliveries, including during the Covid-19 pandemic. Josh successfully introduced Paragon software and PDA usage, increased efficiency, and maintained profitability despite volume reduction. Currently, Josh is serving as the Head of Site Operations at Lintbells | Home of YuMOVE.
