Ryan O'Neal has a diverse work experience with a focus on enterprise business applications and IT solutions. In 2004, they began working at Continental Materials Corporation as an IT Manager/Architect, where they stayed until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they owned and operated their own IT solutions company, Dynasty Consulting LTD. Since 2020, they have been working at LinQuest, starting as a Principal Business Applications Architect and progressing to Manager of Enterprise Business Applications, and currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Business Applications.

From 2002 to 2005, Ryan O'Neal pursued and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems at an undisclosed institution.
