Jim McCarthy is an experienced program manager with a career spanning over two decades in technology and operations management. Currently serving as a Program Manager at HII Technical Solutions since August 2021, Jim has maintained the same role following the acquisition of Alion Science and Technology, where Jim has held a Senior Program Manager position since September 2006. Prior experience includes serving as a Hardware/Software Test Manager at Northrop Grumman from August 2002 to September 2006 and as the Director of Customer Operations at Telergy from July 1998 to August 2002. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from SUNY Utica/Rome and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Data Processing from Canton ATC.
