Maamoun Bou Ayache currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Links Insurance Brokers LLC since May 2019. With extensive experience in the insurance and financial sectors, Maamoun previously held key positions at MetLife from July 2012 to May 2019, including EB - Head of Sales Gulf and Head of Portfolio ROG for Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman, as well as Portfolio Manager in Employee Benefits. Earlier roles include Regional Corporate and Broker Sales Director at ACE Group from April 2010 to June 2012, and Business Development Manager at MetLife Gulf from March 2005 to March 2010. Additionally, Maamoun worked at Saudi General Insurance Company as Claims In-Charge and Marketing Executive between February 1999 and February 2005, and began an insurance career as an Independent Broker from 1988 to 1996, which also included consulting at MetLife Gulf from 1996 to 1999.
