Renato Anzai is a seasoned professional in fraud prevention and compliance with extensive experience spanning multiple industries. As Co-Founder of Risk Leadership Academy since January 2022, Renato has been instrumental in developing the Fraud Bootcamp aimed at training leaders in fraud prevention strategies. Previously, as Fraud Prevention Manager at Shopee, Renato defined strategies to create secure environments for marketplace transactions while minimizing customer attrition. Renato also held significant roles at iFood as Fraud Prevention and Chargeback Manager, Mastercard as Fraud and Compliance Manager, and Itaú Unibanco as Fraud Prevention Senior Analyst, among others. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and ongoing studies in Cybersecurity at FIA Online.
