Gerard Marrone has a diverse work experience across various educational organizations. Gerard'smost recent role as the Director of Client Development & Educational Consultant at LinkIt! involves providing data-driven technology solutions for K-12 schools and service providers. Before that, they served as the Supervisor of Mathematics & Business, Grades 6-12 at the Township of Ocean School District, where they managed a team of teachers and conducted extensive data analysis. Marrone also worked as the Director Student Ministry and Director of Contemporary Media at Tower Hill First Presbyterian Church at Red Bank, overseeing youth fellowship meetings and managing volunteers. Additionally, they worked as a Teacher of Mathematics at the Point Pleasant School District and the Hamilton Board of Education, where they also coached varsity sports teams. Prior to that, they served as a Teacher of Mathematics at the Lakewood Township Board of Education. Throughout their career, Marrone has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to improving educational outcomes through data analysis and innovative teaching methods.

Gerard Marrone obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from Messiah University from 2006 to 2010. During the same period, they also pursued a double major in Mathematics and Business. In addition, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Messiah University during that time. After completing their undergraduate studies, Gerard Marrone pursued a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Supervision from the University of Scranton from 2015 to 2016.

Aside from their formal education, Gerard Marrone has obtained several additional certifications. Gerard became a Google Certified Educator in November 2016. In December 2017, they became an EdPuzzle Certified Coach. In February 2018, they achieved the Level 2 Educator certification from the Flipped Learning Global Initiative. Most recently, in April 2022, Gerard acquired a certification in Data Science Orientation from Coursera.
