Karen Tilley currently serves as the Volunteer Support Manager at the Girl Scout Council of Colonial Coast, where previous roles have included New Troop Support Specialist, Volunteer Specialist, and Retention Specialist since joining in 2017. Additionally, Karen has been a shareholder and the owner/partner of Ava Clara Couture Bridal since 2010. From 2015 to 2016, Karen held the position of Managing Owner at Milk & Honey Bride.
