Hamish Downer is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and engineering. Currently serving as Principal Solutions Developer at Linguamatics since December 2015, Hamish leads a team focused on automating production processes for the I2E OnDemand service. Prior experience includes roles as a Software Engineer and DevOps at Aptivate, where responsibilities included managing a large server infrastructure and engaging in agile consultancy. Other significant positions encompass software engineering at Smartcard Solutions, specializing in smartcard technology, mobile payment solutions at mcom solutions, and earlier work as a research assistant at GEC Research. Hamish's educational foundation includes a Master’s and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
