Fred Rwagatenga is an experienced software engineering professional currently serving as a Software Engineering Consultant for Innovations for Poverty Action, focusing on a project for the Ministry of Education. As a Senior Software Engineer at GitStartHQ, Fred manages projects and acts as a liaison between clients and development teams, while also participating as a Local Ambassador to represent GitStart at tech conferences and nurture local engineering talent. Previous roles include Full Stack Web & Mobile App Developer at Snow Media Technologies and a successful freelance career where Fred contributed to over ten full-stack web applications.
