Egor Vaganov started their work experience in 2017 as the CEO of HELL MUSHROOMS GAMES. In 2018, they moved to Lingualeo where they currently work as a Senior Product Developer.

Egor Vaganov attended Donetsk National University from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a degree in "Системы искусственного интеллекта" (Systems of Artificial Intelligence). Egor graduated with a "Диплом специалиста по инженерной специальности" (Specialist Diploma in Engineering).
