Łukasz Golder is a Senior Manager in Product & Engineering at Allegro, where since October 2018, Łukasz has been responsible for shaping the vision and strategy of the payments domain to enhance customer experience and maintain high-quality standards in product delivery. Previously, Łukasz held roles such as Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Team Leader, demonstrating a progression in leadership and project management. Prior to Allegro, Łukasz worked at The Software House as a Senior Frontend Developer, where responsibilities included building modern web applications with React and Angular, leading SCRUM teams, and mentoring junior colleagues. Earlier experience includes a Frontend Developer position at ProCreative Software Development, focusing on creating web applications using AngularJS. Łukasz is currently pursuing an MBA at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań while holding a Master's degree in Computer Science from The Silesian University of Technology.
